When Tourna-mix member Michael Leto reached out saying he had a “gnarly xmas tune” to submit for our December contests I was…well…skeptical to say the least! lol….xmas song? Really? BUT MAN WAS I STOKED when I heard it! This production of “Joy to the world” is nothing short of spectacular, and we are so blessed to be able to mix it! Inspired by the 1975, this rendition of a song we’ve all heard before, literally explodes out of the speakers the minute you pull up the raw tracks. Despite the enormous track count (94!), this production almost feels like paint by numbers, and makes for a VERY enjoyable mix. THANK YOU Michael Leto – you rock! Happy mixing everyone.
