MIX CONTEST # 1
So we’ve all heard country songs about drinking right? How about a song about NOT drinking? This was the angle my buddy Andrew Johnston and I took in our latest stab at hit country songwriting. Regardless of whether or not this song ever goes anywhere, we had a blast writing and producing it! Up until a couple days ago the bass and drums were done using VI’s, but I decided to add real bass and drums to make it a more engaging mix experience. So have fun with this playful hootenanny of a tune!
