BONUS CONTEST

Well this is a treat.  “Summer song”, by Clint White and Tom Robinson, is a masterclass in song-writing, performance, and recording.  I’m not sure a mix has ever come together this fast for me!  Wearing a heavy Steely Dan influence, this “yacht rock meets country” tune just sails along, with beautiful natural dynamics that can only be delivered by seasoned session musicians.  This is the kind of production that could literally be mixed entirely with automation and perhaps a dab of ambience….but suit yourself!  Hope you all enjoy this month’s Bonus Contest.
