IMPORTANT!

Hey everyone, apparently we had two issues with the files for “Blisters”.  

1) The file “Ag 1L” begins in time but starting at bar 35 you’ll notice it’s 4 bars late for the rest of the song.  So just make sure to slide it back into place – it should line up with “Ag 1R” for the whole song.

2) The very last lead vocal line of the song “Still got blisters from the hole that I dug myself in” is simply missing from the file “LD vox”.  The easiest fix for this issue is to copy and paste this line from chorus 2 (last line of chorus 2) over to the end.  Please refer to “Eric’s mix” or the official mix on our splash page to hear how the end is supposed to be.

The multi track zip was updated at about 10pm on Feb 2nd so if you download the zip after this time you have nothing to be worried about (the new zip is called “BLISTERS tracks UPDATED”).  

If you’ve already begun your mix then simply make the edits described above within your session OR download the new zip and update “Ag 1L” with “Ag 1L updated” and then simply add the file “LD last line” to your session. 

Sorry for this!  The files were sent to me this way accidentally and I was in such a rush doing my mix I never even noticed!

Every time LA producer Michael Leto sends me a song to use in our contests I end up saying “Dude this is your best production yet!”.  I say this so often it’s become a running joke between us LOL.  But seriously, just wait til you get your hands on these tracks – you’ll feel like an insta-pro!  That said, even with top of the line productions there is still work to be done.  It becomes a question of HOW good can you make it, not can you make it good.  Have fun folks, this should be a tasty mix treat!
