MIX CONTEST #2
Big thanks to T-M member Filip Andrei for submitting a kick ass song by his old band ‘Manfello’. “Why”, from the album ‘Wake up call’, is a super moody rock song that is a joy to mix! If you’ve never replaced drums before this may be a good time to learn. What we have here is a really splendid set of tracks that will most likely need a kick in the pants with some nice drum samples. As such, there is a slight production element involved this month, which is something every mixer needs to be ready for. Have fun folks!
NOTE: The lead vocal for this song has some reverb baked into it. The original dry vocal was lost somewhere along the way. Luckily it sounds good.
